Start the project and verify its local services.

With dependencies installed and .env.local filled in (see
Getting started), start the full workspace TUI:

bun run dev:alloydb.console # http://localhost:8801Shared secrets live in the root .env.local; each app's local URL lives in
its .env.development. Every site runs on localhost, and each one resolves
to its own tenant. Browsers share cookies across ports, so to stay signed in
to two sites at once open one of them on another host name, for example
http://console.localhost:8801. Run the Inngest CLI against the backend
(http://localhost:8800/api/inngest) when testing durable jobs.
